Junior HR Administrator – consulting assignment
Nordic Leadership Partners is a strategic HR partner for sustainable development. We help organizations build sustainable, high-performing workplaces – and we are now looking for a junior HR administrator who wants to grow into the role through a consulting assignment with one of our clients.
About the role
As an HR administrator with us, you will be placed with one of our clients, working closely with and supporting their management team on day-to-day HR administration. The position is part-time and hourly, which makes it flexible and well suited if you want to combine the assignment with studies or other work. You will get a broad introduction to practical HR work and the opportunity to grow in a consulting role with Nordic Leadership Partners as your employer — or as a sub-consultant if you already run your own company.
Your responsibilities
- Day-to-day HR administration in support of the management team, for example contracts, personnel files, and employment documentation
- Handling and maintaining HR systems, ideally with experience in Hailey
- Administrative support around recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Preparing input and reports for the management team
- Quality assurance of HR data and routines
Who we are looking for
- Relevant education in HR, human resource management, or equivalent
- Experience in HR administration is a plus, ideally from a similar role
- Experience with Hailey or another HR system is a strong plus
- Structured, thorough, and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
