Nordic Leadership Partners was founded by Emelie Danneman – an HR leader with more than 15 years of experience in large, international organizations. Through roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Head of HR, and Head of Leadership and Development in the Nordics, Emelie has worked closely with executive teams, managers, and teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
